Netiquette and Fake news

Imahe
What I’ve learned about netiquette is that it’s very helpful for our daily lives because it makes us a better user in any social media and it let us know what is right and wrong on internet. Fake news is everywhere and you should be aware of it because, you can be a victim of fake news. I have 1 tip regarding about netiquette, DO NOT CAPITALIZE TOO MUCH or it may seem like you are shouting and this is rude. And to know if it is a fake news or not, Inspect the dates. False news stories may contain timelines that make no sense, or event dates that have been altered.

Suicide: Not a solution

Imahe
Yesterday, September 28, 2017, the most recent and local news hit Cebu. A successful suicide attempt of a 17-year old student of Asian College of Technology. Why a success? She tried once, twice, thrice and alas, she succeeded! And it came to me, long way has come for suicidal rates to rise and it has traveled into our minds and have successfully pull the strings off. It’s funny for others to laugh at this matter especially that they see it before their eyes but they’re blinded by the societal status that they’re keeping up for the public’s approval. My Pen: An Essential Figure

Imahe
My pen is very essential to my life as a student. It’s only about the size of my palm but it has walked with me through my studies. It may also be small but its purpose changes my world. It is slim but it can shape a country. It can even run a government with its ink. It may be in different color but they are equally important. Moreover, a pen can be lost and never be found or even be gone because someone else took it away. Like when a moment your classmate borrowed your pen from you but never returned it back. Like the pen in my life, my father is one of the most important person to me but he’s gone. He’s gone because someone took him away from us. An image I try so hard to forget but keeps running back into my head afraid that he might die wondering alone in the wilderness. Waking up one morning in an empty room. Looking around, I found no one. Not my mom. Not my sisters. And especially not my dad. No one seems to remember that I'm still here, in this room, alone. Studies s...
